The Odell Public Library is pleased to offer a variety of books, DVDs, materials and programs to help children explore our world as they learn and grow. We have a colorful children’s area with a play wall and inviting places to read. For older students and teens, we have a dedicated space with posters, graphic novels and a young adult section of educational as well as popular books and series.
Children can again use the patron computers for games, educational searches or homework and we can assist students finding resources to help meet their learning and homework needs.
Each summer we provide a Summer Reading program to help kids keep their reading skills sharp through the summertime and during the year we have holiday and occasional programming for children and families to enjoy.
Homeschool families are welcome at the library and we have magazines and resources specially to help them with their educational needs.
Our story time program is done in collaboration with the St. Paul and Odell Grade schools during the school year.
